Who this is for: equipment managers, coaches and regatta planners who move boats to regattas. Permission required: none to view. Editing in RiggerPlus needs you to be a regatta planner in Boathouse Connect, or to be granted edit access to a trip.
RiggerPlus is a separate companion product to Boathouse Connect. It covers the part of a regatta trip that happens on the road: describing your trailers and tow vehicles, planning how boats load onto each trailer, planning the drive and giving drivers an itinerary on trip day. Boathouse Connect stays the place for people, attendance, lineups and the regatta planner.
What RiggerPlus covers
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Fleet & trailers | Add trailers, tow vehicles and loose items. Boats are read from your Boathouse Connect inventory. |
| Load planning | Place boats and items on each trailer for every leg of a trip and view side and top-down load diagrams. |
| Route planning | Plan towing-aware routes for each leg and schedule a multi-day drive. |
| Trip day | Share a trip page and give each driver a link with the itinerary and loading checklist. |
Your boats themselves are managed in Boathouse Connect; see Your inventory.
Signing in
RiggerPlus has no accounts of its own.
- Go to RiggerPlus at prod.riggerplus.com.
- Sign in with the same email and password you use for Boathouse Connect.
- If you belong to several clubs, pick the club you are planning for.
What you can do follows your Boathouse Connect access:
| You want to | You need |
|---|---|
| Sign in and view your club's trailers and trips | To be a member of the club in Boathouse Connect |
| Create or edit trailers, vehicles and trips | To be a Planner Admin User on at least one of the club's regatta planners |
| Edit one specific trip | To be a planner of that trip's regatta, or to have been granted edit access to the trip |
RiggerPlus checks your sign-in with Boathouse Connect again every 30 minutes, so a password change or leaving a club in Boathouse Connect signs you out of RiggerPlus within that time.
If you cannot sign in to RiggerPlus, first make sure you can sign in to Boathouse Connect. See Signing in.

RiggerPlus guides
RiggerPlus has its own guides at prod.riggerplus.com/docs, starting with Getting started. They cover fleet and trailers, load planning, route planning, trip day and how Boathouse Connect accounts and permissions carry over.
FAQ
Is RiggerPlus part of my Boathouse Connect plan? RiggerPlus is a separate product and is not listed on the Boathouse Connect pricing page. Email [email protected] with questions about access.
Do I need to re-enter my boats in RiggerPlus? No. Boats are read from Boathouse Connect. RiggerPlus only adds the details it needs for loading: each boat's hull class and dimensions.
A helper needs to edit our trip but is not a regatta planner. A regatta planner can grant that person edit access to the trip in RiggerPlus. See the RiggerPlus guides for the steps.
